BODY SCULPTING SERVICES
EMShape Neo - EMShape Neo burns fat while simultaneously building muscle. By way of High-Intensity Electromagnetic Therapy (HIEMT). EMSHape Neo is capable of penetrating deep beneath the skin to deliver over 24,000 muscular contractions per 30-minute session — these supra-maximal muscle contractions are impossible to achieve with regular sit-ups and squats. If used for fat loss a minimum of 4 sessions are recommended for best results. Areas that can be treated: Arms, thighs, abdomen, buttocks, and pelvic floor.
Ultrasound Cavitation - This method heats and vibrates subcutaneous fat cells. The ultrasonic vibrations eventually cause the fat cells to liquify and release their contents into the bloodstream. Then the body is then able to process these fatty acids through the lymphatic system. At least 6 sessions are recommended for best results while most clients will need 9-12. Radiofrequency Skin Tightening - Also known as RF therapy uses safe levels of low-frequency electromagnetic waves to generate heat. The procedure involves using energy waves to heat the deep layer of your skin known as your dermis. This heat stimulates the production of collagen, creating the framework of your skin and gives the skin more firmness. Areas that can be treated: arms, thighs, chin, abdomen, buttocks
Vacuum Therapy - Without lymphatic drainage, body sculpting services are not efficient. Cupping or vacuum therapy is vital to wake up the lymphatic system before treatment as well as assist the body in draining adipose tissue and moving it towards lymph nodes where they can be eliminated. This process of draining increases fat elimination, provides elasticity to the skin and relaxes muscles.
Cryolipolysis - Fat freezing or widely known by the brand name “Coolsculpting” uses cold temperature to break down fat cells. while While the fat cells freeze, the skin and other structures are left uninjured. Areas that can be treated: Love handles, back, lower abdomen, arms, and thighs.

Best Practices
2 Days before your appointment:
- Hydrate
- Eliminate alcohol
- Minimize caffeine
- Nutrient dense meals
- *Optional Boosts: lemon water, castor oil packs, hot and cold showers, dry brushing, infrared sauna, and rebound mini trampoline to boost the lymphatic system
Before your appointment:
- Avoid eating a heavy meal 2 hours prior to treatment
- Drink at least 5 glasses of water or 40 ounces
After your appointment:
- To stimulate the movement of fat cells 20 minutes of stimulated movement is required. Enjoy the complimentary elliptical or add the infrared sauna to your treatment.
- Avoid alcohol and heavy carbs for 72 hours.
- Stay hydrated by drinking over half your weight in ounces of water and minimizing caffeine.
What to bring:
- Noise cancelling headphones if you are sensitive to noise
- Swim attire, a towel, and toiletries if you opt for infrared sauna post treatment

Body Sculpting is a medical procedure for individuals in good health with minimal or no contraindications. If you have any medical concerns, it is advisable to seek advice from your physician. A doctor's clearance may be required for individuals with uncertain medical histories.

POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
We value the time and needs of every client. To help us provide the best services to as many clients as possible, we ask that if you must cancel your appointment, you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled outside of policy will be subjected to a fee of 20%. For appointments outside of the 48 hour window please call, email or text to notify us. Thank you for your understanding.
SESSION EXPIRATION
Unlike other companies, Refines Body Sculpting packages do not expire. However results are best utilized with weekly appointments until your goals are met and then a monthly maintenance appointment to assist in maintaining your results.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Full payment is due upon booking. If you have paid for a series you can book your remaining series under “prepaid session” in the booking app. Ensure to add more time for your session as needed.

The waiting room is as communal space where the sauna and whole body vibration plate therapies take place. Silent phones and be respectful of others enjoying the space. A shower, towels, and toilettes are available in the bathroom near the waiting room should you want to shower before or after treatments.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final policy: Once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund.
